Going ice fishing again up to a friends camp in Millinocket, going for some splake with minnows and a few jigs. Lake is right outside his back door so I can drink beer in the warmth. I figured I would make my favorite dish for Saturday night, sauerbraten. Here it is pickling away in the fridge for the next few days... recipe included

awesome, yeah it is good! I usually just use a little more vinegar and wine to cover more of the meat
